Could some kind soul tell me how to delete any info that I have in my
N400 so I can get rid of it? I have tried the manual, but that didn't
say much, or I just missed it.

    Thanks,
    Heidi

What info, specifically? The phonebook can be deleted by=20
MENU/SETTINGS/SECURITY (input lock code)/CLEAR PBOOK. As can the camera=20
"token" if you've used the pictures capability of the phone.

There's no easily accessed way to delete the Vision username/password. =20
But you *can* set it to ask for the Vision password under=20
MENU/SETTINGS/INTERNET/PASSWORD PROMPT. Then the next user will *have*=20
make sure Vision is working for them before they can login.

You can also take the phone into one of our Sales and Service Centers=20
and have them reflash the software. The phone will come back empty if=20
you tell them that's what you want.

    I work for SprintPCS
    I *don't* speak for them.

Correction, 'reflashing' software will not wipe out the phone, we'll
need to "refurbish" it (just a term for the tool, this tool wipes out
all the information in the phone and sets it back to the manufacturer's
default settings, with the exception of any software or PRL updates that
    hve been done.

    Ok,

I'm trying that but it is asking for a password. The password I use
isn't working and I don't remember setting one up. Is there a default
    one?

Heidi, try using the last 4 numbers of your cell phone telephone
    number.
