release dates are hard to fiind for phones. There is a lot that tends
to go wrong with them in testing, and there is no way of knowing when
the carrier will finally get the phone to pass the test. Sometimes it
is possible to find an approximate date, but they are never very
reliable. If I can find any info on the 640 i will.

The sprint stores never know anything until the phone arrives and it
    ready to sell.

Could you please point out at what point the store "begins" to know
"something", and where one of those stores might be located? Every one
I've been in is still at the "don't know anything" stage.

Ah, and this is useful information you're asking for.

the know the day it arrives, maybe a day or two ahead. The only really
good one is in KC. It is the employee store on the world campus. The
talk to a lot of employees and that helps, but there is never a very
good idea about when a phone comes out. Even my friends that do
actually run the tests don't know when it will pass the tests. All they
know is when it passes. Usually after it passes the test you can see
the phone within a month tops.

    Talk about SPIN.

The Verizon (and AT&T) Motorola V60 models are exceeding popular and
exceptionaly easy to use one handedly.
