I purchased a used LG-5350.
When I activated it I was assigned a Sprint PCS e-mail
address.
However, when I go to "Current User" on the phone,
the previous owner's e-mail still exists there, and I can't
get rid of it.
Can I do this myself with "special numerical codes"?
Or, do I need to activate 3G service also?
Any ideas? Thank you in advance. ---John

Take it to a store and have the technician provision it (if that doesn't
help, they may have to wipe out all the information, then provision it).
