I've received a couple of these over the last couple of weeks on my
Verizon Wireless cell phone:

"Message from 90-008-000-3693 Free Msg from Verizon: U may save $ w/a
TXT pack. Get 100 TXT msgs for $2.99/mo. REPLY with YES to sign up or
call 800-966-9248 for info. To opt-out reply X"

My contract expires in a couple of months. Is there a cell company
that promises that it won't spam it's own customers? (and that keeps
the promise?)
