Iphone 3G fees

Does the family talk plan only include Iphones or does it include any other phone included in the plan??


I also already have an Cingular/at&t plan, does that mean I have to pay the 38$ activation or am I unelegible?

I think the family plan does work but i still think you are going to need to pay the fee
