hey im thinking about buying a LG prada KE 850 off ebay and before i did that i wanted to know if any one on here know's if you can get the phone to work with at&t if it has the option to have 800/1900 band width. and if it has to have the data plan?
i just want to call , text , and picture mail off the phone i dont want any enternet.
