My husband used this pdl once before to download pictures off of my mom's phone, but when trying to repeat the process, couldn't remember what the password was. Supposedly, it's supposed to be the phone's password; however, the only actual password for her phone is the vmail password, which doesn't work. She's desperate to get these pictures off. Can anyone help?
