Help. Switching phones from another carrier

I was just wondering if it is possible to use a motorazr v3 from FIDO on my bell mobility service. I know it has a sim card and bell does not use them but i was told it may work. i just wanted to make sure before i walk in there.

Fido = GSM Network
Bell = CDMA Network

Complication made simple, they're different network types and can't inter-operate with each other. So short answer, nope, can't use that phone.
