Ok so i wanna leave bell for rogers
We have a plan that has two phones on it, could you take one phone off and not have to pay a termination fee? I think its one of those sharing plans.
Also, when do i have the ability to leave bell for free, i know there is a 30 day window to terminate service after they change a service or an agreement, but when does that happen?
Thanks in advance

Re: Leaving Bell
Hey there,
I'm not from the billing department, but I think I might be able to help answer your questions. In regards to the first, I believe that contracts are individual on a device basis, so removing one phone from the account would qualify as a termination of contract and would incur resultant penalties.
As for the second question, you're refering there to the "Buyer's Remorse" policy, which is normally within the first 14 days of purchase within certain usage standards - usually less than 30 minutes or voice or 10MB or data usage. If you've had your phones and have been using them for a while, you're likely well outside this window, but it might be useful to know for the future.
If you have any direct questions, you should probably call Bell Client Care at 18006670123 and they could answer your questions withoute delay.
