Talk to others in that area to see if they have the same problem.

There are a number of reasons your iPhone could lose data service when at a specific location. As mentioned above, there are limitations to the extent of cellular technology in relation to signal transmission - certain materials, high levels of interfering frequencies, and other things could be impacting the level of signal you are getting from the 3G data network. If the issue is only in one location and is a recent occurence, you can always call in to Technical Solutions at Bell to have the situation looked into and possibly escalated - make sure that if you do so you perform a software update on your phone to verify it's not a device problem. It would also be helpful if you could document whether or not other Bell HSPA customers in the area are having the same problem.
If it's an issue that's only affecting your phone, even if it's just in one area, there could be some device problem at hand as well, which is why the software update is a great idea. You could also try your phone with another Bell SIM card if you have one available to see if that mitigates the problem. Either way, give Tech Solutions a ring with as much information as possible if the problem persists, and they'll be happy to get the issue looked into for you.
