    1. Power on your phone
    2. Press the following buttons together, on your phone: ALT+Shift+H
    3. Information of your phone will be displayed on screen, and the Vendor ID (3 digits)
    Note: for BlackBerry Storm, hold down on the return key and press top left corner of the screen, then top right, then top left and top right again.
