    How do I switch the bluetooth on on this phone? I tried sending a file by bluetooth, and that switched it on, but then it switched back off when the file sent. I need to recieve files.

    I found this in the site for your phoneHow to activate Bluetooth (W550/W800 series)
    1. From the main menu go to [SETTINGS] and press "Select"
    2. Scroll to [CONNECTIVITY] and press "Select"
    3. Scroll to [BLUETOOTH] and press "Select"
    4. Choose [ON] and press "Select"
