The reason you have this problem is because you are probably on iDEN and it is the oldest network in America. Which model phone are you currently using?

SilverSpoonCells.com helped me get a Sprint Samsung Intrepid on Boost Mobile
If anyone needs to get a Sprint phone flashed to Boost Mobile go to SilverSpoonCells.com.
The guy called me to walk me through programming the phone, got me an application to watch TV on my phone and went above and beyond to get my MMS Picture Messaging working. I recommend these guys 110%. They are very knowledgable when it comes to Sprint Phones on Boost Mobile. Before you buy a Sprint phone email them to check on the status of the ESN or get suggestions on which phone to buy: info@silverspooncells dot com

Re: How to get sprint phones on boostmobile cdma
you can also go to boostberryconvert.com and they are the ones that I used to put both my 9630 on boost and my HTC Touch on Boost. He also walked me through the whole process with my blackberry and he actually did all the work and gave me the codes to program onto my HTC and it works like a charm.

Re: How to get sprint phones on boostmobile cdma
Am I right in thinking TANK0378`s method don`t work anymore as Sprint has changed there registration sign up?
I already have a $50 unlimited plan with a Boost Mobile Motorola W285 cdma,
I want to change it over to an Unlocked sprint HTC Touch Pro2
This is what I did.
When I went on sprint.com I scrolled down to "Manage" then clicked on "Sign up for My Sprint"
Then
1. " created your profile",
Username*
Password*
Re-Enter password*
Email address*
2, Then under "Tell us more (optional; but really, you should do it!)"
I put my phone number
3. Get the ultimate access when you add or create an account PIN (optional; but a must-have to manage your account.)
Billing ZIP code:
Pin I
left these two blank ! Did not know if I should have filled these in ?
This is the error I got
Sorry! We can't show you information related to this phone on sprint.com. You can still create a username and password for use on our Community.
Hope someone can help
ThanksLast edited by BillyInFl; 09-16-2010 at 03:47 AM.

Re: How to get sprint phones on boostmobile cdma
I know I'm a little late, but in case anyone was wondering, that method doesn't work anymore.
What works is to call Boost Customer Service and Play Dumb. Don't volunteer information. Tell them for example, that you/your kids broke your phone and someone gave you their old one. Give them the ESN and if they ask you what sort of phone Play Dumb and tell them you don't know "Um its a clamshell with a keyboard?" If they tell you it can't be activated, thank them and hang up. Keep trying, you will eventually get an operator who will swap it in for you.

Alright guys this is my first post to help you guys out. I just "migrated" my sprint number to a boost mirro I bought at wal mart. I set up service of course first and for most. Then called the boost customer care line... You'll have to log into your boost account... go to support and contact customer care... The 800 number is at the bottom of the screen left hand corner. You'll have to of course call the number from a different phone than the one on your account. At that time when you call and enter in all the info the automated system asks for make sure you let them know that your calling to report a lost/damaged/stolen phone. It will ask you to enter in the hex esn id... you'll have to do this a couple times... Then the automated system will "give up" and put you on the line with a human. I told them my phone kept resetting and that I bought another, and verified the esn number from phone I wanted active on the account (touch pro), as well told the csr that this was the same style phone I had. No questions asked he got it activated, I did a hard reset on my phone, and then went in and hit update profile... (Not sure if I had to do the hard reset... but that's what active sync is for) All working just fine... Just thought I'd try and help
Guess we'll see if I can return the Mirro to Wal-Mart in the morningLast edited by mysi92; 12-15-2010 at 10:59 PM.

Re: How to get sprint phones on boostmobile cdma
Has anyone tried this with Virgin Mobile? Sprint owns Virgin Mobile , and Boost. Virgin Mobile runs on the Sprint network ,and uses the exact same phones, plus VM 25.00$ a month plan is identical to Sprints 69.99 $ a month plan. I love to use a Samsung Epic on my VM plan! and to do this with out flashing would be awesome!!
