I have a 2002 Dodge Neon and want to trick it out. What sort of stuff can i do?

I guess for simple here and there stuff u can get new rims for a start...then move onto basic engine enhancements...then to simple performance parts...then to interior

hey i've seen some pretty nice srts but i not sure how great a regular neon would do. btw srts are awesome cuz u could get a mopar turbo package added on for 200 at the dealership

haha I hope your kidding hahaha, becuase a twin turbocharged, and supercharged would be pointless, now supercharged and turbocharged=ZERO turbo lag.....supercharger spools up turbo!! sweet!!

you guys are both bonkers. you cant turbo and super charge or twin turbo charge an Inline 4 .. were would the second inlet go?????

just trade it in and get an srt-4 or srt-6 and smoke everyones @$$. but dont do any body mods, strictly speed and just smoke up on everyone and sit back and laugh.

and bull**** you can't tt a fourcylender its just a lot of work and pointless...doesnt mean you can't do it.....no wonder you talk all this **** you drive a srt...why don't you buy a real car that you worked on, not that you bought that runs 14;s and you can say its fast....buying a srt4=your lazy and know **** about cars, or your just rich/dumbass and don't know what to do with your money besides buy a car that in one week is going to stop being produced, hmm wonder why

i know you CAN tt a 4 cyclinder but if you read my post, were does the other intake go, exactly it does nothing and i dont drive a srt, i dont drive anything fast at all. so i have car **** straightened, but you tell me y you would spend the extra money for the tt??? what benefits does it give you???? honestly. that was my mistake for not being more specific on my first post, yes you CAN do anything with the right amount of money, but it being beneficial is what i was referring too. and i would never buy a fwd car if i was going for speed. he asked what do do with a neon which prolly means he doesnt have a lot of money or doesnt wanna spend it and likes the car. so whats the closes thing to it??? exactly an srt-4. and you know some ppl just want speed right off the lot you cant hate on them for that, what makes you sooo much better. i myself would much rather build a car up, but some ppl dont have the time/money/patience/knowledge. just cuz you can/do doesnt mean you are better than them and can talk ****. that is the reason everyone hates racers or ricers. so you can go ahead and tear me to shreds all you want i misposted my mistake, but honestly, what do you do that makes you sooo much better than me or anyone else????

I never said that....and I didn't say tt a 4 cylender would be beneficial becuase it wouldn't, thats why you never hear of a 4 banger tt, all I'm saying is that its super bennificial to supercharge and turbocharge your car, what are you talking about other intake? and the reason I would say to build a car rather than buy a built one is that it's way more gratifying to drive something fast and know you built that car yourself with your own hands and however fast it is is becuase you spend your hard earned money and energy and sweat into that car, and when he said what should I do with a neon and you say the closest thing is a srt4, here's the thing a neon cost like what 8 thousand, a srt like 20 maybe cheaper used or whatever, so with that 12 thousand leeway you can buy a si motor and have a turboed civic, and with the 12 thousand I'm sure you can have a stronger motor, and bigger bolt ons...and just fyi I do have a gst, fwd, 98 and if you want speed I would defenetly suggest a fwd car, they are crazy fast from a roll, becuase out of a dig the awd will be faster but all that happins is becuase of the drivetrain that adds a lot of weight depending on the car and so it'll more than likely be heavier and the fwd car will catch up thats my 2 cents...Im not getting on any body's backs or trying to chew anyone out all I'm saying is that its cheaper and more gratifying to buy a cheap stock car and build it yourself, and theres always going to be someone local that can help you...that way when someone asks you about your car your not sitting there clueless going "uhhh"...so man I'm not trying critique or anything just saying that its awesome to supercharge and turbocharge your car becuase you get zero turbo lag, thats all man
