This is nice too... great for filling with handmade chocolate truffles... the roses are fun to make... just temper the chocolate... preferably a chocolate with a high cocoa content (like Valrhona 60% or higher...) and just add a bit of corn syrup... it's really quite easy... hmnnn perhaps I should do a thread for artistic desserts...? anyway... here's a pic... entirely made of chocolate...

Ooops! ...forgot the truffles... just place these into that chocolate bowl up there...

And in case any of you ever get the chance... this was an interesting exhibition... it began here in Chicago and toured around the country... I do believe it is in Houston this very moment?... Zel? Vinsanity?...

Im a fan of Twix (like most everyone else) but also Reese's Penut Butter cups (they have chocolate on the outside, so it counts )

...I have been to the Cadbury Chocolate Factory and it was like a dream - big vats of liquid chocolate - I felt like scooping my hand in
