aight. lemme break it down. You CANNOT have JA RULE up there he is nothing. and to be the best rapper of all time, you have to have had at least 3 albums that went platinum and 50 Cent hasnt done that yet. OBIE TRICE is juss hella wack. out of the rest, Eminem and Dre had the best beats. Tupac had the best battle raps. Biggie was more a singer. which leaves....SNOOP

well 2pac and Eminem are pretty close to each other....if u go underground rap, ull find lots of artists with good old school beats and sick lyrics (good thing.) For example Eyedea is pretty good and some of his lyrics are straight ill.
