    freshman ( P ) Pronunciation Key (frshmn)
    n. A student in the first-year class of a high school, college, or university.
    A beginner; a novice.

    Dear Freshman,

    - Dont brag about the number of seniors you know. The more you brag, the more we can tell youre a freshman.

    - You are a F-R-E-S-H-M-A-N.. not a "freshie" - shut up, you sound like a queer. Only upperclassmen can call you a freshy.

    - Don't walk around telling upperclassmen you're not all stupid freshman, we don't care, we're still calling you one.

    - Dont think you're smart because you filled up water bottles with vodka/ or coke bottles with bacardi and snuck it onto your 8th grade field trip. We've all done it.. so don't be proud.

    - Don't post things like "FINALLY FRESH!! LOLZZZ" on myspace. If anything, you suck big time.

    - DO NOT think that the upper-class girls are your best friends.. they will just laugh at you.

    - Stop thinking u are the s*** cuz nobody even knows you

    - Don't think that you have privacy now. Once you're here.. Your business is everyone's business.

    - Dont brag about how smart you are and how half of your schedule is honors classes. Thats just more work u have to go home and do.

    - Don't try to sit at upperclassmen lunch tables. You will be picked up and thrown onto the floor.

    - dont tell your friends that youre busy after school and tell them u have to go meet your friends in the jr./sr. parking lot, we all know your brother/sisters just taking you home.

    - To all freshman girls - You'll NEVER be as hot as the '07, '08, & '09 girls. So don't try.

    - To all freshman guys - you can't get with the class of '07 & '08 & '09 girls. If u do its because the upperclass guys didnt want her!

    - Don't try to say you're older than you really are. The way you walk, dress & talk just has freshman written all over you.

    - Your name is "the class of 10." HAHAHAHAHA!!.. enough said.

-Don' t try to pull that s*** "Well you were freshmen once..." STOP! We know that we were freshmen, but we arent anymore so shut the f*** up.

-The day you mess with our boyfriend/girlfriend, you'll never enjoy high school again.

-To all the freshman guys, we know your balls haven't dropped yet. That's why you still sound like Mickey Mouse. Don't go around bragging how big your d*** is or how huge your balls are. We all know you're lying.

-stop acting ghetto we know your not, we're all done with s*** that you say you have but have not, keep your mouth shut and be respectfull and do not act like your from the hood then maybe you will not get beat the f*** down.

    WE HATE YOU ALL

    The Classes of '07 & '08 & '09

    hahaha

Re: tmorow is the beginning of the end

Lol, that is a good list. Classic. I would have been a senior in college but am taking a year off and going to my church's school and trying to figure out what i really want to do. Nothing was really speaking to me at college.

My daughter starts her Junior year on September 6. She is out picking up her schedule and getting her picture taken right now.

As for me... I am done with school... unless I decide to go back and finally get my Masters degree.

I just started today. Ugh. I wish college was half as easy as high school was. Ahh well...I won't have to put up with it after this year.

Re: tmorow is the beginning of the end

For me, the first year of college was cake, way easier then highschool. But in HS, like Korean_Boi, i was taking AP classses and stuff. Once in college though, i had to take the stupid classes and all that rot. High school trained me well so that i spent more time playing xbox then actually anything school related.

@ Robb: I'm with you brother, those books are expensive! I started buying the books with my credit card, talking to the teachers on the exact material we would cover, then return the books and get money back. Not the most ethical thing to do but those books add up fast. Especially when when you need more than one book for a class.

One thing you guys might consider, something I was told about, was that my college was part of a consortium of colleges that combined their libraries so that kids from school A could check out a book from school B. So i started checking the libraries for the text books i need for my classes and found that almost every book i needed i could check out from another college's library. A cheap and very effective way to cut costs, if applicable for your college

    Sorry for the long post.
