I apologize in advance if this is a question that's frequently answered. I know nothing about cell phone settings, so I don't know the terms and can't tell if other posts apply to me or not.
Anyway, here's my question:
I had to replace my phone, so I got a Motorola V400 off eBay that was originally set up with SunCom. I use Cingular, but everything seems to work except the internet (I get a message that says "Connection unsuccessful, try again later"). The guys at the Cingular store said they knew of no way to change the settings to make my internet work. I only want to download a couple ringtones and wallpapers I had on my old phone, so if there's a way I could get them without using the internet on my phone, that would be fine with me too. Otherwise, I'd appreciate it if anyone knows how to get my internet running.
Thanks,
Meghan
