I'm looking for a Cingular Phone that has Closed User Group, for my son. I don't want to pay a lot. The only feature that is needed is Closed User Group, and that it can be actived. I have it on my phone, Samsung C207, but it's not activiated and no one can tell me how to activate it.

I have been into the store and called tech support and they all tell me that they don't know anything about CUG's.
