Droid RAZR HD has been officially unveiled in New York quite recently, and although the upcoming Motorola flagship phone still doesn't have an exact launch date, its budget-friendly sibling the RAZR M- will be launched today.
That being said, in case you wish to own the M you should be able to pick one up from Verizon's stores nationwide or via their online store. The M will set you back $99 alongside a two-year contract with the carrier and after a $50 mail-in rebate.
What you'll get for that sum of money is a 4.3 inch "edge-to-edge" Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 540 x 960 and 256 ppi (the same screen found on the Droid RAZR), a Snapdragon S4 dual-core CPU running at 1.5 GHz, 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB of internal storage expandable by up to 32 GB via microSD, an 8 MP camera on the back mated with a front-facing VGA sensor, Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich out of the box and a 2000 mAh battery to keep everything up and running for a good period of time.
Overall, the RAZR M is a very solid mid-range device that offers great specs for its price and its market segment. Any takers?
