The Samsung Galaxy S3 at Sprint has already received its Jelly Bean update, but unlike the international model (and a few others) that have received some extra features alongside Android 4.1, all packed in a so-called "Premium Suite", Sprint's SGS3 has received a more simplistic Jelly Bean iteration.

Fortunately for those of you that happen to own Sprint's Galaxy S3, the carrier in question is now rolling-out a new update, bringing your handset's software version up to L710VPBMD4. The new software version includes a handful of fixes and various enhancements, but the most interesting addition is by far Multi Window View, the application that made its debut on the Note series.

The above mentioned app allows the user to run two applications at the same time in a split-screen environment, bringing real multitasking to the Galaxy S3.

In addition to Multi Window, the update also includes the Paper Artist application and additional improvements to the Camera and Gallery application. Furthermore, Sprint has also added a "home screen security fix" and a few other fixes to group SMS.
As expected, the new software version is being delivered over the air, but keep in mind that the roll-out is conducted in phases, which means that not all the Galaxy S3 units at Sprint will get the update at the same time. If you haven't received the update notification you can try triggering the process manually by accessing the "Software update" menu via "Settings".

Have you updated your Galaxy S3 yet?
