Launch dates set for T-Mobile's HTC Amaze 4G and Samsung Galaxy S II

The HTC Amaze 4G (the two color options shown above) and the Samsung Galaxy S II, have just become been given launch dates by T-Mobile USA. Both of these handsets are
T-Mobile's newest Android smartphones that will support T-Mobile's HSPA+ network.

Pre-sales for both the HTC Amaze 4G and the Samsung Galaxy S II will start October 10, while becoming fully available on October 12. Both Android smartphones will require you to sign a new 2 year contract with T-Mobile with the HTC Amaze 4G priced at $259.99 and $229.99 for the Samsung Galaxy S II.

Features of the HTC Amaze 4G include: Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread, 4.3 inch qHD display screen, 1080p 8MP camera with LED flash and an illuminated sensor on the back for better low light performance, NFC, Sense UI, 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon S3 processor and is considered to have a camera with "the most advanced camera experience of any smartphone". The two color options shown above will be the available colors.

Features of the Samsung Galaxy S II will include: Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread, a 4.52-inch Super AMOLED Plus WVGA display, 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 8MP rear camera, and a 2MP front-facing camera.
