T-Mobile Moves the Samsung Galaxy S4's Release Date Closer

Great news for T-Mobile customers (existing of soon to become) that are planning on buying the Samsung Galaxy S4 via the aforementioned carrier, as the handset's release date has been brought closer. Initially, Magenta has announced that the Samsung flagship will hit the shelves starting with May 1st, but according to the carrier's latest press release, the SGS4 will actually go on sale a bit earlier than that, on April 24th.

The Galaxy S4 at T-Mobile will set you back $149.99 up-front alongside a Simple Choice plan and 24 monthly payments of $20.

The handset packs a 5-inch full HD display (1080p), a Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor locked at 1.9 GHz, an Adreno 320 graphics chip, 16 / 32 / 64 GB of internal storage (the price above corresponds to the 16 GB model), a microSD card slot that can expand the storage by up to 64 GB, 2 GB of RAM, a 13 MP camera on the back, a 2 MP camera on the front, Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean out of the box featuring the latest TouchWiz user interface and a 2,600 mAh battery.
