hmm, what else can i do except buying a new one? i don't think anyone would expect finding the phone back thru police or something right.....btw its vital to call the phone provider to stop the service immediately or you might see a huge phone bill coming..

definately call and have it turned ASAP, call the police and make a report.
as far as a new phone goes- 1)upgrade to new phone if ur eligible
2) do an insurance claim if you have insurance
3)buy a used phone from ebay or an agent location in a mall close to you.
