Guys, I'm looking for a phone for a friend. He's got a phone he got at AT&T that he doesn't like and they won't replace it for him so I'm looking for something I can get cheap on ebay or something.

He DOES have a sim card so it'll have to be a GSM/AT&T compatible phone.

He needs a LOUD speaker
LOUD ring volume AND the ability to put a RINGTONE on there through usb or a card.

EASY to press buttons
Preferably rugged and
Something he can get a case for as he tends to break the clips

He really doesn't need any fancy features. Something that sounds good with good reception would be great AND above all, something I can buy cheap on ebay or somewhere for him.

Right now, he has an LG but he can't find the model number so I can't tell you which model it is.
