How do you know if a cell phone s a smatphone? I was asking this of AT & T because I am do fro an upgrade and don't want to by a smartphone and be charged the data plan. The folks at at7t couldn't seem to give me a concrete answer. I know BB ad Palmm are but what about some of the samsung or LG. any info is appreciated.
