[Hurt Locker]

Does anyone know if there are any cell phones and / or plans that will allow you to change the phone number at will whenever you want (say like 1 or 2 times a month) without incurring a $ervice charge, free of charge? AT&T charges $19 to change a landline number. Maybe that new Walmart phone and / or plan they have that Walmart just came out with, anyone know if their phone will allow a free number change? I currently don't have a cell phone, haven't had one in a long time. Thanks in advance
