A new phone has been introduced to the Indian market called the Tata Walky FM phone that is cordless. Thanks to Tata Teleservices, the Tata Walky Fm phone has a built in FM radio that is available for post paid and pre paid customers. Other features of the Tata Walky FM phone include: speaker phone, large LCD screen, time and temperature display, large phone book (300 x 5 entries) and 32 polyphonic ring tones.

The Tata Walky FM phone comes with two plans, one 'CHT Zero Rental' and the other which is the CHT 99'. The CHT Zero Rental plan will offer a 12 month zero free rental and the CHT 99 will offer low call rates of a minimal rent of Rs. 99 per month with 30 paise per minute on Tata to Tata calls with local calls being 40 paise per minute. If you want to make STD calls, those will cost 50 paise per minute.

Price of the Cordless Tata Walky FM phone is at 1,499 & 1,699 Rs. post paid and pre paid.
