    Are there any pay-as-you-go cell phone plans which never expire minutes.

    Boost mobil expires minutes every 90 days if you don't add more minutes.

    I'd like to find a plan which never never expires minutes.

    There are no minutes, It is dollars. How would a carrier make any money if the account balance lasted forever?
