Long-time listener, first time poster. Here's the scoop. A memo was circulated at Sprint about people getting letters to change their service plans or terminate their accounts. It has been discussed over on a couple of other cell forums. See the following link for a copy of the letter and insider info on what is actually going down. It seems that Sprint is doing this for good reasons. Whiskey and the morning after: Sprint terminates customers again?

It seems to me that they offered a business a certain plan and now they are telling them that it is not available any more. Its kind of a indirect way to tell them their promotional period is over and its time to pay the full price.

No, it seems that these are people who found a way to get over on Sprint and now Sprint is saying "no more",

Theres apparently alot of ways from what I read on that blog. They don't tell us lowlevel people muchso we have to go online to find out the story. from what i gathered it was employees in league with dealers committing fraud. theres so much on there, i spent a couple hours reading about it.
