Please help me as I'm new to cell phones.

I'm looking for my first cell phone, so I need help finding a new phone and network. I'm looking for a low radiation phone (price doesn't matter) and the cheapest plan. 0.75 SAR is the most I'm willing to use, but I'd prefer under 0.4 SAR. I need 1000 minutes/month, and I don't believe in paying more than $30/mo. If I pay per minute, that minute is worth up to 6 cents to me. I'm ok with unlocking as long as it works and doesn't get relocked. I'm not picky about phone type, size, or features.

    Thanks,
    Mike

Edit: Location is Tomball, TX 77375

    Re: Need Phone/Plan Advice

it very important to watch for radiation levels of devices
i usually go to cellphones radiation ratings as they have all the phones sorted by sar levels
you can even cut it by brand so it is very easy to first declare your need
for example i want a phone with gps and wifi and utms 850 and than you get a list
of all phones matching sorted by SAR levels .

when it comes to my health i"m willing to put some extra $ on it .
    better safe than sorry .
