    I would like to know if a Tracfone LG 100c which is cdma will work in all locations where cdma phones work?

    More than likely yes, since Tracfone uses Verizon towers.

    Like tavenger5 mentioned, it should use Verizon Wireless' network. It should also roam on U.S Cellular's network. It will not work on CDMA networks outside of the United States.
