Wi-Fi Management

Enabling / Disabling Wi-Fi:

  1. While on the home screen, press the "Menu" capacitive button
  2. Select "System settings"
  3. Tap the "Wi-Fi" slider to enable or disable Wi-Fi connectivity

Connecting to a Wi-Fi Network:

  1. Press the "Menu" button while on the home screen
  2. Tap "System settings"
  3. Press on "Wi-Fi" (not the slider, but the text itself)
  4. If necessary, tap the "Wi-Fi" slider to enable Wi-Fi
  5. Tap the network that you wish to connect to. If the network is password-protected, type-in the password / login credentials then press "Connect"
  6. If a network does not appear, press the "Menu" button and select "Scan"

Enabling / Disabling Wi-Fi Hotspot:

  1. While on the home screen, press the "Menu" capacitive key on your device
  2. Select "System settings"
  3. Tap the slider next to "Portable hotspot" to enable or disable the feature

Setting Up Wi-Fi Hotspot:

  1. Press the "Menu" button on your device while on the home screen
  2. Tap "System settings"
  3. Press "Portable hotspot" (the text itself, not the slider)
  4. Tap "Configure"
  5. Edit the "Network SSID" and the "Password" as you see fit, and select the desired "Security" type
  6. Press "Save"
  7. Tap the "Menu" capacitive button
  8. Select "Manage Users"
  9. Tap "Max connection" and select the desired number of connections allowed at one time
  10. Press the "Back" key twice then tap the "Portable hotspot" slider to enable mobile hotspot


Bluetooth Management

Enabling / Disabling Bluetooth:

  1. While on the home screen, press the "Menu" capacitive button on your handset
  2. Select "System settings"
  3. Tap the "Bluetooth" slider to enable or disable Bluetooth

Pairing With a Bluetooth Device:

  1. Press the "Menu" button while on the home screen
  2. Select "System settings"
  3. Tap "Bluetooth" (the text, not the slider)
  4. If necessary, tap the "Bluetooth slider" to enable Bluetooth
  5. Tap "Search for devices"
  6. Once the scanning process is complete, select the desired Bluetooth device from the list
  7. Tap "Pair". If required, type-in the appropriate passkey. (Keep in mind that by default, most Bluetooth handsets have the passkey "0000" or "1234")
