Visual Voicemail Management

Setting up Visual Voicemail:

  1. While on the home screen, tap "All apps"
  2. Tap "Visual Voicemail"
  3. Tap "Next"

Enabling / Disabling Visual Voicemail:

  1. From the home screen, tap "All apps"
  2. Tap "Visual Voicemail"
  3. Tap the "On/Off" switch associated with Visual Voicemail to enable and disable this feature
  4. If prompted, press "OK"

Listening to Voicemail messages:

  1. From the home screen, tap "All apps"
  2. Tap "Visual Voicemail" and select the desired message
  3. Press the "Play" icon

Changing the Visual Voicemail Greeting to an Existing One:

  1. Tap "All apps" on the home screen
  2. Tap "Visual Voicemail"
  3. Press the "Menu" icon > "Settings" > "Greetings"
  4. Select the greeting that you wish to use

Recording a New Visual Voicemail Greeting:

  1. From the home screen, tap "All apps"
  2. Tap "Visual Voicemail"
  3. Press the "Menu" button
  4. Tap "Settings" > "Greetings" > "Add New"
  5. Type in a name for the new greeting
  6. Tap "Record" to begin recording
  7. Tap "Stop recording" to end the recording process
  8. Press the "Play" icon to preview your greeting
  9. Tap "Save"

Changing the Visual Voicemail Password:

  1. Tap "All apps" on the home screen
  2. Tap "Visual Voicemail" and press the "Menu" button
  3. Tap "Settings" > "Change PIN"
  4. Type in the current PIN
  5. Enter a new PIN, and enter it again to confirm
  6. Press "OK"

Voicemail Management

Calling Voicemail Using the Phone App:

  1. While on the home screen, tap the "Phone" icon
  2. Tap the "Dialer" tab
  3. Tap and hold the "1" key

Calling Voicemail Using the Voicemail Application:

  1. From the home screen, tap "All apps"
  2. Tap "Visual Voicemail"
  3. Press the "Menu" button and tap "Call Voicemail"
