not sure if i shoud posthis on here but im new.. so im getting a new phone and need help i live in cleveland ohio. i have to get pre paid so im looking what will have the best servie and price and phone.. ive looked into boost metropcs straight talk T-Mobile i know theres a few other ones out there but could anyone help what gets the best service. im trying to spend around 300 to 400 for a phone i would like a nice one
