    Transferring Contacts Through iTunes:

Using iTunes, one can sync contacts from an iPhone with a Google account. This method of transfer requires access to a computer with iTunes installed, and an active Internet connection. Synced contacts include their images, email addresses and any other information stored within the contact.

    1. Launch iTunes on your computer
    2. Connect your iPhone to your PC using the proprietary USB cable
    3. The handset should appear in iTunes. Once it does, click it and go to the "Info" tab
    4. Mark the "Sync Contacts With" check box and select "Google Contacts" from the drop-down list
    5. Enter your Google account's log in information, if you haven't done this in iTunes before. Otherwise, you can click "Configure" and then change to a previously added Google account
    6. Click "Apply" to commence the syncing process
    7. On the ZTE Imperial, register the same account as the one used for syncing in iTunes. To add an account, go to "Settings" > "Accounts"
    8. Set the Google account so that it can sync contacts with your Android device

    Using iCloud to Transfer Contacts:

As long as you've used the iCloud service on your iPhone before, your contacts should be backed up on your iCloud account. The service offers the possibility of exporting these contacts in the form of a vCard file, that can then be imported on an Android device. For this approach you need a computer with Internet access.

    1. On your PC, open the Internet browser and visit https://www.icloud.com/
    2. Log in with your iCloud account and click "Contacts"
    3. From the list of contacts, select the ones that you want to export
    4. Click the icon depicting a cog wheel, located in the lower-left side
    5. Select "Export vCard", and allow your computer to download the VCF file
    6. Once downloaded, import the VCF file to "Google Contacts". Alternatively, you can connect your ZTE Imperial to your computer via USB, and transfer the file to the device's "sdcard" directory. Then, open the contacts app, tap "Menu" > "Import / Export" > "Import from SD card" > select an account, the vCard file and tap "OK"

Transferring Contacts through My Contacts Backup:

You can still transfer your iPhone contacts even if you don't have access to a computer. This can be achieved with the help of applications, such as "My Contacts Backup". This iOS app allows you to backup and share your contacts via email.

    1. Go to the App Store and download "My Contacts Backup" on your iPhone
    2. Open the app and tap "Backup" to create a VCF file
    3. Once done, tap "Email" to attach the file to a new email
    4. In the recipient field, enter your own Gmail address and send the email
    5. On your ZTE Imperial, open the email and download the attached vCard file to import its contents through the contacts application

Using Send Anywhere to Transfer Contacts:

Send Anywhere is an application that allows you to transfer contacts from one phone to another using a P2P connection. There's no need for a computer, and all you need is to download the app on both your smartphones.

    1. Install "Send Anywhere" on the ZTE Imperial from the Play Store
    2. Visit the App Store and download the same app on the iPhone
    3. Open the app on both smartphones
    4. On the iPhone, tap "Send" > "Contacts"
    5. Select the contacts that you want to transfer and tap "Send"
    6. Next up, choose the method of transfer. You can tap "Generate QR Code" and scan the code with the Imperial's camera to receive the contacts. You can also tap "Receive" on the ZTE and enter the randomly generate code from the iPhone.
