Block / Unblock Calls:

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Launch “Contacts”
  3. Tap “Menu”
  4. Select “All calls to Voicemail”
  5. To unblock calls, clear the “All calls to Voicemail” option

Forward All Calls (Unconditional Forwarding):

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Press “Menu” and tap “Settings”
  3. Tap “Calls”
  4. Swipe to and tap “Call forwarding”
  5. Tap “Always forward”
  6. Enter the phone number to forward calls to and tap “Enable”

Forward Some Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” and tap “Calls”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding”
  5. Select “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unanswered” or “Forward when unreachable”
  6. Tap “Disable”

Cancel Call Forwarding:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Press "Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to “Always forward”, “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unanswered” or “Forward when unreachable”
  5. Tap “Disable”
