Forward Calls (Unconditional):

1. On the Start screen, tap “People”
2. From within the app, tap “…” (lower-right corner of the screen)
3. Tap “settings”
4. Enable the switch next to “Call forwarding”
5. Enter the phone number to forward calls to
6. Tap “Save”

Disable Call Forwarding:

1. Tap “Phone” on the Start screen
2. Tap “…”
3. Go to “Settings”
4. Scroll to and tap the switch associated with “Call forwarding” to disable it

Block Calls from a Number:

1. Open the “Phone” application
2. Swipe to “history”
3. Tap and hold the phone number you want to block
4. Tap “block number” > “OK”

Block Messages from a Number:

1. On the Start screen, swipe left
2. Tap “Messaging”
3. From within the Messaging app, tap and hold the phone number you wish to prevent receiving messages from
4. Tap “block number…”
5. Tap “OK” to confirm

Unblock a Number to Receive Calls and Messages:

1. Swipe the Start screen to the left
2. From the “applications” menu, scroll to and tap “Settings”
3. Tap “call + SMS filter”
4. Tap “Blocked numbers”
5. Press and hold the phone number you want to unblock
6. Tap “Unblock”

Hi, I used to block phone numbers with the steps you mentioned with my Nokia Lumia but I cannot do the same with the Blu Win LTE. The block option does not appear when I keep pressing the number in the Phone History. Are there any other options?
