Block Calls & Messages:

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Launch “Contacts”
  3. Go to “All contacts”
  4. Select the contact from which you want to stop receiving messages and calls
  5. Tap the “Edit” icon depicting a pencil
  6. Tap “Menu” and turn on “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls & Messages:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Access the “All Contacts” tab
  3. Select the desired contact
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and disable “All calls to voicemail”

Forward Calls (Unconditional):

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Press “Menu” and go to “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Choose “Always forward” and tap “Enable”

Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” and access “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to forward “When busy”, “When unanswered” or "When unreachable”
  5. Enter the phone number to forward calls to
  6. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Open “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to disable “Always forward”, “When busy”, “When unanswered” or “When unreachable”
  5. Tap “Disable”
