Block Calls & Messages:

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Open “Contacts”
  3. Select the contact whose calls and messages you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit contact”
  5. Tap “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls & Messages:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Select the contact you want to unblock
  3. Tap “Edit contact” and press “Menu”
  4. Turn off “All calls to voicemail”

Forward Calls (Unconditional):

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  5. Tap “Enable”

Forward Calls – Conditional Forwarding:

  1. Launch the “Phone” app
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” and tap “Call settings”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding”
  5. Select to forward “When busy”, “When unanswered” or “When unreachable”
  6. Enter the phone number to forward calls to
  7. Tap “Update” or “Enable”

Turn Off Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Tap “Settings” > “Call settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to disable “Always forward”, “When busy”, ‘When unanswered” or “When unreachable”
  5. Tap “Disable”
