Hi, so I lost my phone while travelling an few months ago, and bought a new vodafone VF695 (smart first 6). I am now home and trying to unlock my phone to use with my Virgin mobile SIM, but I'm having trouble. There's supposed to be a screen that pops up when I turn on the phone that I can enter the unlock code into, but nothing shows up? I think it may have something to do with how I've never had a SIM card in the phone before. Anyone know what to do?
