Back Up App Data:
- Open the apps drawer on the home screen
- Access Settings
- Tap Backup & reset under Personal
- To back up settings, Wi-Fi passwords, and account data to your Google account, tap Back up my data
- To allow your account to restore app data automatically upon reinstalling apps, enable Automatic restore
NOTE: Application data will be automatically restored once you sign in with your Google account for the first time, or after a factory reset.
Back Up Contacts:
- Go to the Settings menu
- Tap Accounts
- Tap the account you want to sync contacts with
- Tap Menu > Sync now
NOTE: The contacts backed up using this method will be restored automatically when signing in with your Google backup account for the first time or after a factory reset.
Back Up Media Files on a Windows Computer:
- Establish a USB connection between the BLU Vivo Air LTE and PC
- Swipe the Notification bar down and enable Media sync (MTP) if necessary
- Launch the File Explorer on the PC and locate the media files stored on your phone
- Copy the files and transfer them in the desired backup location on the PC
- After the transfer is complete, click the Mass storage device icon in the system tray and eject the phone storage
- You can now safely disconnect the smartphone from the USB connector
Restore Media Files From a Windows PC:
- Connect the BLU Vivo Air LTE to the PC via USB
- Make sure Media sync (MTP) is enabled on the phone
- Open an Explorer window on the computer and locate the media file backups
- Copy the files and transfer them on the phone storage, preferably in the directories they originate from (Media folder etc.)
- After the transfer is done, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the device from the USB cord
