Forward Calls (Unconditional):

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call settings” and tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Select “Always forward”
  5. Tap “Enable”

Forward Calls (Conditional):

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Choose to forward “When busy”, “When unreachable” or “When unanswered”
  5. Enter the phone number you want incoming calls to be forwarded to
  6. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Access “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to disable “Always forward”, “When busy”, “When unreachable” or “When unanswered”
  5. Tap “Disable” to confirm

Block Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to the “All Contacts” tab
  3. Select the contact you want to block and tap “Edit”
  4. Tap “Menu”
  5. Turn on “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts” and tap the “All Contacts” tab
  2. Select the contact you wish to unblock
  3. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  4. Turn off “All calls to voicemail”
