How-to:

Forward All Calls:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Tap “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
4. Select to “Always forward” and enter the phone number to forward calls to (alternatively tap “Contacts”)
5. Tap “Enable”

Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” and go to “Settings”
3. Tap “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
4. Select to forward “When busy”, “When unreachable” or “When unanswered”
5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, or tap “Contacts” to select one
6. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Tap “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
4. Select the forwarding option you wish to disable
5. Tap “Disable” to confirm

Block Calls:

1. Launch “Contacts”
2. Access the “All Contacts” tab
3. Select the contact you want to block
4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and turn on “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

1. Open “Contacts”
2. Go to “All Contacts”
3. Select a contact and tap “Edit”
4. Tap “Menu” and disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages:

1. Open the apps drawer
2. Launch “Messenger”
3. Select the conversation thread exchange with the contact / number you want to block
4. Tap “Menu” > “People & options”
5. Tap “Block (number)” NOTE: You will continue to receive messages from the blocked contact, but the conversation thread will be archived and you will no longer receive notifications
6. Tap “OK”

Unblock Messages:

1. Launch “Messenger”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Blocked contacts”
3. Tap the contact / number you want to unblock. NOTE: The conversation thread will be removed from arhives
