Create a New Contact:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Launch “Contacts”
  3. Go to “All Contacts” and tap “+”
  4. Enter the contact’s phone number, name, and other details in the appropriate fields
  5. When you’re done entering and editing the contact details, tap “Done”

Import / Export Contacts:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access the “All Contacts” tab
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Import / Export”
  4. Select to “Import from storage” or “Export to storage” etc.
  5. Perform one of the following steps:
    • When importing contacts, select the account you want to use for syncing the contacts, and select the vCard file you wish to add to your phonebook
    • When exporting contacts, make sure you remember the backup file’s name for future use and then tap “OK”

Assign a Contact to Speed Dial (Direct Dial Widget):

  1. On the home screen, tap and hold an empty area
  2. Go to “Widgets”
  3. Tap and hold the “Direct Dial” widget
  4. Drag the widget and drop it in an empty area on the home screen to snap it into place
  5. When prompted, select the contact / phone number you want to link with the Direct Dial widget
  6. You can repeat the steps above and add multiple Direct Dial widgets on the home screen for multiple contacts

NOTE: You can organize Direct Dial widgets on the home screen by dragging and dropping them one on top of the other.

Delete a Contact:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access the “All Contacts” tab
  3. Select the contact you want to delete and tap “Edit”
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Delete”
  5. Tap “OK”

Create a Caller Group via New Contact:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Launch “Contacts”
  3. Go to “All Contacts” and tap “+”
  4. Under “Groups”, tap “Group name”
  5. Select “Create a new group” and enter the desired name for the group
  6. Tap “OK”
  7. To save the group, tap “Back”

Add a Contact to an Existing Caller Group:

  1. Open “Contacts” and access “All Contacts”
  2. Tap and hold the contact you want to add to the group
  3. Tap “Edit”
  4. Under “Groups”, tap “Group name”
  5. Select the group you want the contact to be a part of
  6. Tap “Back” to save the changes

Reset the Call Log:

  1. On the home screen, tap “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Call history”
  3. You can tap a call log entry for more details
  4. To reset the call log, tap “Menu” in the “Call history” screen
  5. Lastly, tap “Clear call log”
