Create a New Contact:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All Contacts”
  3. Tap “+”
  4. If necessary, select an account to use for contact syncing
  5. Enter the contact’s phone number, name, and other details in the proper fields
  6. Tap “Done” to save the contact

Import / Export Contacts:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access the “All Contacts” tab
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Import / Export”
  4. Choose to “Import from storage”, “Import from SIM card” or “Export to storage”
    • When importing contacts, select the account to sync contacts with, and choose the vCard file you want to import
    • When exporting contacts, remember the file’s name for future use and tap “OK”

Link Contacts to Speed Dial (Direct Dial Widget):

  1. On the home screen, tap and hold an empty area on the home screen
  2. Go to “Widgets”
  3. Find, then tap and hold the “Direct Dial” (1 x 1) widget
  4. Drag and drop it in an empty area on top of the home screen
  5. If necessary, repeat the steps above to add multiple Direct Dial widgets on the home screen

NOTE: Direct Dial widgets can be organized in folders on the home screen. To create a folder for these widgets, simply drag and drop one on top of another.

Deleting Contacts:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access the “All Contacts” tab
  3. Select the desired contact
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Tap “Delete” > “OK” to confirm

Reset the Call Log:

  1. On the home screen, tap “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” and access “Call history”
  3. For more details, tap a call log entry
  4. To clear the call log, go to “Call history” and tap “Menu”
  5. Tap “Clear call log”

Create a Caller Group:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Launch “Contacts” and go to “All Contacts”
  3. Tap “+” and scroll to “Groups”
  4. Tap “Group name” > “Create a new group”
  5. Enter the desired name for the group
  6. Tap “OK” > “Back”

Add a Contact to a Caller Group:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All Contacts”
  3. Select the desired contact
  4. Tap “Edit”
  5. Tap “Group name” under “Groups”
  6. Select the group you want to add the contact to
  7. Tap “Back” to save the changes
