My partner's got a BQ-E1 fone. It's Chinese, i think. It's dual band. He's got a Vodafone & o2 SIM in it. The other night the Vodafone SIM just disappeared off the fone. He tookit out & put it bak in. It then showed up again. Trouble is the fone's not working properly at all.
Alot of his apps have gone. He tries 2 ring out, it won't let him although people can still ring him. He took it 2 the shop & the chap said it need totally re-setting. Is this true? The o2 SIM's fine, no problem with that 1. Need help as he uses it for work.
