Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap the “Menu” icon in the top-right corner
  3. Go to “Settings” and tap “Call”
  4. Scroll to and tap “Call forwarding”
  5. Select to “Always forward”
  6. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding and tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Calls”
  4. Scroll to and tap “Call forwarding”
  5. Select to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unreachable” or “Forward when unanswered”
  6. Tap “Disable” to confirm

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap the “Menu” icon in the upper-right corner
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Calls”
  4. Select “Call forwarding”
  5. Choose to disable “Always forward”, “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unanswered” or “Forward when unreachable”
  6. Tap “Disable” to confirm

Block Incoming Calls From a Contact:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to the “All Contacts” tab
  3. Select the contact you want to prevent from calling you
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Tap the contact you wish to unblock
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Clear the “All calls to voicemail” check box

Block Messages:

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Open Google’s “Messenger” application
  3. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to block
  4. Tap “Menu”
  5. Tap “People & options”
  6. Tap “Block (number)” and press “OK” to confirm

NOTE: After blocking the contact, the conversation thread will be moved to archives and you will no longer receive notifications from messages sent by the said contact.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch Google’s “Messenger” application
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Blocked contacts”
  4. Select the contact you want to unblock

NOTE: Once the contact is unblocked, the conversation thread will be removed from archives and you will once again receive notifications for messages from the respective contact.
