I have an Alcatel One Touch Evolve 2 phone by T Mobile. I am not a big fan of Android phones because of the loaded pre-installed apps. I want to "root" the phone so I can uninstall any pre-installed app. I will be using a Mac running El Capitan to root the phone.
1. Using a Mac, what is the best way to root the phone?
2. What is the best rooting app or software to use?
3. Once I have the phone rooted, what is the best way to uninstall the apps on the phone?
Any suggestions or comments is appreciated.
