Turn ON Call Forwarding:
- Open Phone
- Tap Menu and access Settings
- Tap Call forwarding (NOTE: This option might be unavailable if it is unsupported by your carrier)
- Edit or enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, or select a contact
- Tap Enable
Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:
- Tap Phone on the home screen
- Press Menu
- Go to Settings and tap Call forwarding
- Select to forward incoming calls When unreachable, When unanswered or When busy
- Enter or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to
- Tap Enable / Update to confirm
Disable Call Forwarding:
- Launch Phone
- Tap Menu > Settings
- Tap Call forwarding
- Select Always forward or a different forwarding option you want to disable
- Tap Disable to confirm
Block Incoming Calls:
- Open Contacts and go to All Contacts
- Tap the phone number / contact you want to block
- Tap Edit > Menu
- Turn on All calls to voicemail
Unblock Incoming Calls:
- Launch Contacts
- Go to All Contacts
- Select the contact you want to unblock and tap Edit
- Tap Menu and disable All calls to voicemail
Block Messages via Google Messenger:
- Open the apps drawer
- Launch Google Messenger
- Select the message thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to block
- Tap Menu > People & options
- Tap Block [phone number] > OK to confirm
NOTE: The conversation thread and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived. You will no longer receive notification alerts for messages sent by the blocked contact.
Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:
- Launch Google Messenger
- Tap Menu > Archived
- Tap the conversation thread exchanged with the contact you want to unblock
- Tap Menu > Unarchive
- Press Menu again and access People & options
- Tap Unblock [phone number]
